Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

Whole grain flour - 1.5 cups
    Sugar - 0.5 cup
    Baking powder - 0.5 tsp
    Yogurt butter substitute - 100g (3.5oz)
    Low-fat sour cream - 2 tbsp
    2 medium eggs
Blueberries (fresh or frozen) - 350g (1.2 cups)

Directions

Mix flour with sugar and baking powder.

Add soft butter to flour and mix into crumbs.

Beat sour cream and eggs together, then add the blend to flour and mix until the dough is smooth and sticky.

Line baking pan with baking paper and pour about 2/3 of dough evenly into it.

Place blueberries on top of dough, then place remaining dough on top in small lumps.

Bake at 200°C (392°F) for about 40 minutes. Check if the pie is ready by inserting a toothpick in the middle. If it comes out dry, then it's ready.

This roughly makes 10 1.5 inch slices. You could also substitute other berries instead of blueberries.
