Introduction

quick easy caserole food. these are only the basics for the dish, i prefer to add peas, greenbeans, cooked carrots, and any other caserole friendly veggie. Ingredients

    2 lbs chicken breast
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 16 oz tub of sour cream
    2-3 'tubes' of ritz crackers- crushed
    2 Tbsp butter- melted
    2 Tbsp poppy seeds

Directions

1- Boil chicken. Remove from water and cool. Shred into bite size pieces.
2- Combine the soups and the sour cream until mixed well, add chicken. (and any other veggie). Place into caserole dish or 9x13 pan. (easy way: just mix in the pan you'll be cooking in.)
3- in separate bowl crunch the ritz crackers (easy way: just compress the tube of crackers it'll mash easily and then you open and dump into the bowl). Add poppy seeds and melted butter is drizzled over the top. mix together by hand and then sprinkle on the caserole.
4- Cover with aluminum foil shiny side in, and cook at 350 degrees f, for about 20 min, or until hot.
