Ingredients
-
1/2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
1 cup of Low Fat Plain Yogurt (Plain is different from Vanilla!)
1/2 cup of Splenda
3/4 cup of white flour
1/2 cup of cocoa powder
1/4 tsp of baking soda
1/2 cup water
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350F.
Mix melted chocolate, yogurt and Splenda in a bowl. Sift the flour, cocoa powder and baking soda into the chocolate mixer. (For sifting I just add everything at once and stir it as a sift to make sure the baking soda is in there well.) Stir until just combined. Add the water and stir until it all comes together.
Pour into a parchment lined 8x8" pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting into 12 squares.
Optional: You could add 1/2 cup of nuts if you wanted to. Its a personal choice and the calories and fat will change so make sure to figure that out if you want to keep track.
