Ingredients
-
1/2 C Almond Flour
1/4 C bulk sugar substitute ( I used Splenda Granular)
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
2 Large Eggs
1/3 C Heavy Cream
1/3 C Water
1 Tsp Vanilla extract
Directions
Pre-heat waffle Iron.
Mix dry ingredients together well. Mix eggs, add other wet ingredients, stir together. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well.
Spray waffle iron plates with non-stick spray. Put 1/2 of batter in pre-heated waffle iron, close and cook until golden brown. It is probably better to not open the waffle iron for the first 2-3 minutes of cooking time.
My waffle Iron is a 9" square, divided into 4 sections.
This recipe makes two 4-section waffles.
