Introduction

This is an easy sauce anyone can make in a hurry. You can make it on stove top or a microwave safe dish :) This is an easy sauce anyone can make in a hurry. You can make it on stove top or a microwave safe dish :)

Ingredients

    1 cup organic ketchup
    2 tbsp organic peanut butter
    1/4 cup lite soy sauce
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup grated onion
    1 tbsp ginger root (fine ground)
    2 tsp or 2 cloves minced garlic
    1-3 tsp Red chili flakes
    1-3 tsp fresh cilantro

Directions

In a heavy bottum sauce pan spray with pam. Warm to med-high heat and add onion, garlic, ginger root. Saute' till onions are translucent. Then add brown sugar, let incorporate into onion mix. Then add ketchup, soy sauce, and peanut butter. Use a whisk to mix together thurougly. When all is combined add your chili flakes and cilantro to your tastes!

Serve over brown rice!

This recipe goes great on Seiten, Tofu, or Chicken :) Feel free to add chopped peanuts at the end!
