    8 oz. stewing veal
    12 oz. beef stirfry strips
    6 cups Green Giant Vegetable Medley
    6 cups fresh Snow Peas
    2 cups Swanson Fat Free Chicken Broth
    1 Tbsp. Smart Balance Omega Oil
    Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, and Mrs. Dash salt substitute to taste


Heat oil in wok, add meat and brown, add veggies, broth, and seasonings stirring occassionally.
