Introduction

This is a low calorie breakfast food that helps to keep your portions under control :) I make mine at the begining of the week and wrap them individually, this way I ccan grab my breakfast and run! Ingredients

    Kroger Brand 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese- 1/8 cup
    Red Tomamto Chopped- 1 tbsp
    Yellow Onion Chopped- 1 tbsp
    Green Bell Pepper Chopped- 1tbsp
    Egg Beaters- 1/4 cup
    Muffin Pan
    Mazola Pure Butter No Stick Spray

Directions

Start by preheating the oven to 400 degrees. Spray your muffin pan for the desired number of muffins you will be making. Take a bowl and put all of your ingridents in it and mix. Pour into a muffin slot. Repeat until you have made the number of muffins you would like. Put into the oven...they will rise some, take out when golden and enjoy :)
