Ingredients

    3 lbs extra lean ground beef
    2 large eggs
    1/2 c. panko bread crumbs
    1 c. onion, finely chopped
    1/2 t. black pepper
    2 t. worcestershire
    1 T. Mrs. Dash Italian Seasoning

Directions

Preheat oven to 450.

1. Mix everything together.
2. Shape into 50 g meatballs.
3. Bake in a baking dish for 40 minutes until an internal temperature of 170 is reached.

Makes 28 meatballs.
