Ingredients

    1 medium head green cabbage- thinly sliced
    3 chopped scallions
    1-2 stalks celery
    3 cups shredded chicken (about 2 breasts)
    1 package dry ramen noodles -broken up into bite sized pieces
    1/2 cup slivered or sliced almonds

    Dressing:
    Ramen noodle flavor packet
    1 TBSP sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 cup vinegar
    1/4 cup olive or canola oil

Directions

Boil chicken in water with 1 stalk of celery, black pepper, whole allspice, garlic salt and chicken boullion (or any desired spices) for 50 minutes. Remove and shred.

Meanwhile, combine all salad ingredients.
Combine dressing ingredients in tupperware and shake until combined. Pour over salad ingredients.
Add chicken
