Ingredients

    1lb ground turkey
    1 can refried black bean
    1 can of sliced black olives
    1 cup sour cream of choice
    8oz cheese of choice
    1 brown rice tortilla (gluten free) or one of your choice

Directions

cook ground turkey breast in skillet or large frypan
heat up can of refried black beans
mix all ingredients in bowl or skillet

place mixture into tortilla
