    16 Oz. Dreamfields LC Pasta - Elbows
    26 Oz. Hunt's No Added Sugar Sauce, cooked al dente
    5 Sweet Italian Sausage Links, boiled & sliced thinly (1 NC each)
    2 16-oz. containers Whole Milk Ricotta
    1 Cup Parmesan Cheese, Shredded & seperated
    2 tsp Italian Seasoning
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp black pepper
    2 tsp garlic powder


Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray casserole dish with cooking spray.

Mix the hot, cooked pasta & can of sauce together and let set. Pasta will absorb some of the sauce.

Mix the ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup grated parmesan, and seasonings in a small bowl.

Layer 1/2 of the pasta & sauce in bottom of casserole dish. Drop ricotta cheese mix by the spoonful over the pasta and spread out to an even layer. Top cheese with the sliced sausages. Layer the remaining pasta & sauce over the sausages. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese over the top.

Bake for 30 mintues. Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before cutting into 8 portions.
