    1 Can Dole Crushed Pineapple - well drained
    1 Container Cool Whip Free - thawed
    1 Container Cottage Cheese
    1 Big Pkg (6 oz) Strawberry Jello (dry mix)


You can use your preference of cool whip and cottage cheese...I dont want the extra fat, so I use fat free but totally up to you!!! Can use crushed nuts as a topiing if you wish.


Drain pineapple well. Set aside. Mix cool whip and cottage cheese well. Add pineapple; mix well. Then add Jello. Sprinkle crushed walnuts if desired. Refridgerate for at least1 hr then its ready to eat! I think a good serving size would be 3/4 - 1 Cup.
