Ingredients

Great Value Whole Wheat Rotini 1 cup, 8 serving (remove)
Tomatoes, red, ripe, cooked, 24 oz (remove)
Broccoli, fresh, 1.5 cup, chopped (remove)
Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 8 oz (remove)
Parmesan Cheese, grated, 0.5 cup (remove)
Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
    Garlic, 2 tsp (remove)
Half and Half Cream, 3 tbsp (remove)
Ricotta Cheese, whole milk, 1 cup (remove)
Tuna, Canned in Water, 2 can (remove)

Directions

Cook whole wheat rotini as package directs. Sautee onions and garlic. Then add diced tomatoes and seasonings of choice. Cover and simmer on medium heat. While tomatoes simmer, chop 1 cup of broccoli and add to tomatoes. Cover this to cook for about 5-10minutes while you make cheese mixture. Mix mozzarella, parmesan, ricotta and half and half (season if you want). Add pasta to simmering vegetable and mix in cheese mixture. Then mix in the two (drained) cans of tuna. (Mix on low heat for about 3-5 minutes just to incorporate all ingredients thoroughly).

Makes about 8 1-cup servings.
