Ingredients

    Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 4 cup
    *Italian Herb Seasoning - McCormick, 2 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    red pepper flakes, .5 tsp
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 3 cloves

Directions

cook onions garlic and 1 tsp Italian seasonings with olive oil till onions are translucent. Make sure not to burn garlic... can add later.

add diced tomatoes or fresh tomatoes. Simmer until desired consistency about 25 mins. If you want a smoother sauce put it in the blender and pulse a few times.
