Ingredients

    1 1/3 Cup warm water
    1 tsp Honey
    2 tsp Kosher salt (or sea salt)
    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 Cup White Flour
    2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
    2 1/4 tsp Active Dry Yeast

Directions

Add ingredients to bread machine in order listed. Run cycle for 2 lb. loaf. Remove after dough cycle is complete. Deflate, roll out and make your favorite pizza.

Bake at 450 F until done.

Makes 2 large pizzas
