Introduction

Ingredients

    4 ears of fresh corn
    1 Tbs of unsalted butter
    1/2 tsp of chipotle chile powder
    1/2 tsp of freshly grated lime zest
    1/4 tsp of kosher salt
    1/4 tsp coarse black pepper

Directions

Shuck the corn and leave on the cob. Put remaining ingredients in a small pan. Heat a grill pan coated with cooking spray. After it is hot put corn on grill plan turning occasionaly for about 8 minutes or to desired degree of cooking. While corn is cooking melt the other ingredients over a low to medium fire. When corn is done, brush it with the melted mixture and enjoy!
