Ingredients

    4 tbsp. of water
    4 tbsp. of pb2
    2 tbsp. of low-sodium soy sauce
    2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
    1 heaping tbsp. of Splenda or sugar
    1 tbsp. of lemon juice
    2 tsp. of ginger
    1/4 tsp. of hot sauce
    1 package of Tofu

Directions

Press the tofu for a few hours or overnight. Combine all sauce ingredients. Let the tofu sit in the marinade for a little while in the mixture, at least an hour. Bake for 30 minutes in a 350 oven or until golden brown.
