Great fruit snack when you can't carry fresh apples. Great fruit snack when you can't carry fresh apples.
Number of Servings: 8


    Apples, fresh, 4 large
    Honey 1/4 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground 1/4 tsp


Peel and core apples. Cut into pieces and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes or until they soften. Put warm apples into food processer and mash them into a sauce/paste consistency.

Stir in honey and cinnamon.

Spread (about 1/8 inch thick) on dehydrator sheets and dehydrate according to directions. Approximately six hours at 135 degrees Fahrenheit.

Cool completely. Cut into serving sizes and wrap in plastic wrap.
