    1 cup Zucchini thinly sliced
    1.4 cup flour
    1 medium egg(beaten)
    1 Tbsp canola oil

Directions

Batter zucchini in egg and then flour. Place in skillet with hot canola oil. Season to taste with pepper. Makes 1 serving.
