    *Rogers 100% Natural Wheat Bran, 1 serving (remove)
    Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 0.25 tbsp (remove)
    Brown Sugar, 6 grams (remove)
    Oat Bran (Bob's Red Mill), 23 gram(s) (remove)

mix yogurt, vanilla, egg white, apple, applesauce.
stir in remaining ingredients exceept for brown sugar until just combined
bake at 450 for 20 minutes.
sprinkle each muffin with brown sugar halfway through bake time
