Introduction

Ingredients

1/3 C all purpose flour
2 dashes salt
2 large eggs
1/3 C milk, 2%
1 1/2 Tbsp butter
Directions
1. Move toaster oven rack to lowest position and place 8" cast iron skillet in and preheat to 450 F
2. Put butter in skillet and melt until bubbly.
3. Sift lour and salt into bowl.
4. Mix eggs and milk until well blended.
5. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix just until blended.
6. Swirl butter around skillet to coat evenly.
7. Pour most of the butter into the batter and mix.
8. Pour batter into skillet and put in toaster oven immediately. *Note- check when 2/3 done, you may have to rotate the skillet 180 degrees or even browning.
