Ingredients
-
Pork Chops
2 tbsp of honey
Oregano (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Black Pepper (to taste)
Directions
This is for one pork chop.
Start off by starting your BBQ, to heat it up.
Coat your pork chop, on both sides, with Oregano, Salt, Pepper and any other spices you might enjoy. It is all to your own taste. Usually a dash of each. Although it is possible to add more spices it would be in best interested not to put too many different spices due to the added honey.
Once the pork chop is spices to your liking, place on the BBQ and grill it on both sides until the meat has cooked properly through. Once this is done coat the side facing up (towards you) with 1 tbsp of honey and turn it towards the grill. As that side is cooking coat the other side with the honey and turn it over aswell.
No cooling time for this one although it is marvellously delicious.
