    1 cup Orzo Pasta
    1 Tablespoon Parsley (fresh or dried)
    1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic or 1 Clove Garlic, chopped
    2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
    Handful of chopped fresh cloves
    1/4 teaspoon kosher salt


Cook orzo according to package directions. Drain and put into a large bowl. Add parsley, garlic, olive oil, chives and salt. Mix all ingredients well and serve immediately.
