Ingredients



    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed
    * Chicken Thigh, 4 thigh, bone and skin removed
    * Chicken Broth, 2.5 cup (8 fl oz)
    * Lemon Juice, .25 cup
    * Garlic, crushed 2 tsp
    * Ginger Root, grated 1 tsp
    * Rosemary, dried, 2 tbsp
    * Brown Rice, medium grain, 1 cup
    * Celery, raw, 5 stalk, small (5" long) diced
    * Mushrooms, fresh, 1.5 cup, sliced

Directions

Makes 5 servings.
Spray inside of crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
Wash & dry chicken and place in crockpot.
Add all ingredients except celery & sliced mushrooms, save them for the last 1/2 hour so they stay firm for some texture.
Cook on low for 5-7 hrs, depending on your crockpot.
