Introduction

A mix of a few different recipes I saw and liked combined with what I had on hand to make it with. Goes great over 1/2 cup of high fiber whole grain pasta and a side serving of broccoli. Ingredients

    1 lb chicken (approximately 2 breast halves)
    1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
    1/4 cup Seasoned Italian Bread Crumbs
    1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    1 Tbsp Chili Powder
    4 slices (1oz each) Provolone Cheese
    1 cup Spaghetti sauce (of choice)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350*.

Combine chili powder, parmesan cheese and bread crumbs together. Dip chicken in the yogurt to coat then dip in the crumbs, pressing to coat the whole chicken piece. Bake in 350* oven for 30 minutes. Pour spaghetti sauce evenly (about 1/4 cup per 4oz chicken) on breasts and cover with 1 slice provolone cheese. Bake for 5 minutes longer.

Makes 4, 4oz servings of chicken.
