    # Nutmeg, ground, .50 tsp

    # Milk, 2%, 1 cup
    # Brown Sugar, .67 cup, packed
    # Apple juice, unsweetened, .50 cup
    # Blueberries, fresh, .50 cup
    # Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)

Directions

add all ingredient except for the blue berrie and bananas.
mix together w/ few strokes. don't over mix. then fold inn blue berries and bananas.
fill the muffin cups 2/3 full.
