    2.5 lbs lean grond turkey
    2 - 28 oz cans of diced tomatoes
    1- 3 oz can tomatoe paste
    1.5 large yellow onions
    4 cups water
    8 cloves garlic sliced
    1 tsp garlic powder
    4 tsp chili powder
    2 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp oregano
    2 tsp sea salt
    .5 tsp crushed red pepper
    2 tsp black pepper
    1.5 cups fresh parsley chopped
    .5 cups fresh cilantro chopped
    2 table spoons cayenne
    1 cup scallions


Brown meat and drain fat. Put in large pot and add the rest of the ingredients except the scallions..wait to add them until 10 minutes before done. cook on low 2 hours. makes 13 servings.

    Chili is awesome but you need to be careful with the cayenne pepper if you don't like your chili really hot. Otherwise it is great! - 8/28/10
