Ingredients

Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) (remove)
    Salt, 1/2 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
    Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)
    Sesame Oil, 1/2 tsp (remove)
    *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Shrimp, raw, 16 oz (remove)
*Crab Supreme, imitation crab meat, 6oz

Directions

After shrimp, crab and veggies have defrosted - place veggies in a strainer to get rid of excess water. Sautee Shrimp and Crab in the canola oil (wok works best) until almost cooked (about 5 minutes). Add vegetables and seasonings (salt, pepper, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic). Keep cooking until vegetables begin to soften. From this point it is your choice how long you want to cook; if you want crisp vegetable cook only about 5-10 minutes. If you want soft vegetables cook 10-15 minutes or longer sometimes. Just keep an eye on it and try to cut vegetable with your spoon to determine the tenderness/crispness. Serve with some steamed rice and enjoy!
