Ingredients

3 cups old-fashioned oatmeal
4 tsp ground cinnamon
3 large eggs
3 cups chocolate soy milk
1 cup water
5 tbsp almond butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix oatmeal and cinnamon in a large bowl. Beat eggs, soy milk, water, and almond butter together in a medium bowl. Add liquid mixture to dry mixture, stirring in almond butter completely.
Grease a 9x13" pan and pour in mixture, spreading out oats evenly. Bake for 30 minutes, or until top begins to dry. Let cool. Makes 9-12 servings, depending on the size of bars you cut from it.
