Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 cups King Arthur All Purpose Flour
    1 Cup King Arthur Whole Wheat Flour
    3 Tbsp Splenda
    2 Tbsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 1/2 cups + 2 Tbsp skim milk
    1/3 cup cannola oil
    4 egg whites

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well blended. Bake in waffle iron according to manufacturers instructions.

Makes 24 3"X4" waffles. 2 waffles per serving.
