Ingredients

    1 medium onion, diced
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tablespoon unsalted butter
    2 cups Chicken, Cooked, Meat Only chopped or diced
    1 link Sheboygan Spice Recipe Hot Sausage, skin removed
    1 teaspoon Zatarain's Creole Seasoning
    1 (14.5 ounce) can Red Gold Petite Diced Tomatoes with Hot Green Chilies, including liquid
    1 stalk celery, diced
    1 cup green bell pepper, diced
    1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
    1 pound peeled shrimp
    Cooked rice (NOT INCLUDED IN NUTRITIONAL INFO)

Directions

1) In a large saucepan, cook onion and garlic in butter until caramelized, about 15 minutes.
2) Add Sheboygan Spice Recipe Hot Sausage, chicken chunks with Zatarain's Creole Seasoning. Stir in tomatoes with liquid, celery, bell pepper, and mushrooms.
3) Cook about 15 minutes over medium heat; add shrimp and cook until shrimp turns pink and vegetables are tender.

Serve over cooked rice (NOT INCLUDED IN NUTRITIONAL INFO)
