Ingredients



    * Ground beef, lean, 16 oz (1 lb.)
    * White Bread, 4 slices
    * Egg, fresh, 2 large
    * Water 1/2 cup
    * Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup
    * Oregano, ground, 1 tsp
    * Salt, .25 tsp
    * Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
    * Parsley, dried, 2 tbsp
    * *Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, .5 cup

Directions

4 slices of bread and rip into pieces
cover in 1/2 cup water
add 2 eggs and mix well
add 1 lb. lean burger
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup italian bread crumbs
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano (or to taste)
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp parsley (dried)

mix well
roll into balls
bake at 350 for 20 mins and then additional 10-15 in sauce
add to pasta and enjoy.
