Introduction

You need a Vitamix to make this smoothie. You need a Vitamix to make this smoothie.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 cups chopped oranges (3 or 4 small)
    1 cup frozen blueberries
    1 frozen banana
    4 Tbsp. flax seeds
    1 cup ice cubes


Directions

Place oranges in Vitamix and process until liquified. Add remaining ingredients and process until liquified. enjoy!
