Introduction

Ground turkey, penne, ricotta, veggies topped with italian cheese & baked. Ground turkey, penne, ricotta, veggies topped with italian cheese & baked.

Ingredients

    20 oz. ground turkey 93% fat
    7 oz. whole wheat penne
    3/4 cup fat free ricotta
    14.5 oz. diced tomatoes w/garlic, basil
    2 cups sliced mushrooms
    1 medium onion
    1 peppers
    1 cup 2% shredded italian cheese

Directions

Cook pasta as directed. Dice veggies, slice mushrooms and cook in skillet. Cook turkey separately, add garlic. Add diced tomatoes and tomato sauce and cooked veggies. Add ricotta and then spread into 13 X 9 pan for the oven. Sprinkle shredded cheese over top. Cook in 350 degree oven until warm and cheese melts.
