Introduction
Quick and easy weeknight meal. I cook on medium heat and cover pan to reduce cooking spatter and smells. For added convenience, use ready-to-eat or fully cooked chicken breast strips instead of pork. Frozen pre-cooked chicken can be heated with the veggies together at the same time, and cold pre-cooked chicken should be tossed in a few minutes after the veggies. Add a little cayenne pepper, ground ginger, garlic powder, and/or chinese five-spice mix to amp up the flavor without adding salt or calories! Reduce fat and calories by substituting just spices, light soy sauce, and 1/4 cup orange juice for the Kraft dressing.H-E-B Green Bean Stir Fry frozen veggies has noodles, green beans, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, water chestnuts & red bell pepper.
