Ingredients

    tilapia filets, 4 oz each
    garlic, 1 clove for each filet
    safflower or other oil, 1 tsp per filet
    cilantro, dried , .5 tbsp per filet
    pepper on each filet, as much as you desire

Directions

If fish is frozen, thaw. Place filets on baking or broiling pan. Coat each filet with oil. press a clove of garlic on each filet and spread around. Sprinkle pepper and cilantro on each filet. Broil 5-7 minutes for each 1/2 in of thickness.
