Ingredients

    1 can cannellini or white beans, rinsed and drained
    1 zuchini, peeled if skin is tough, and sliced thin
    about 20 fresh green beans, sliced on a bias
    5 basil leaves, torn or chiffonade
    1 tbsp olive oil
    juice from one lemon
    1 tsp black pepper to taste
    1 tbsp shredded or crumbled parmigiano cheese

Directions

Combine all ingredients, toss. Can be made ahead and refrigerated.
