Introduction

Diced apples, red bell peppers, celery (strings removed). Mix with fresh Romaine lettuce. Some stores sell whole Romaine lettuce in bags.

* Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .7 cup (remove)
* Celery, raw, .6 cup, diced (remove)
# Apples, fresh, .6 cup, quartered or chopped (remove)

Ingredients

Directions

Rinse all vegetables. Remove strings if desired from celery. Dice up celery, apple and red bell pepper. Add torn lettuce and mix into a large bowl. Add dried blueberries if desired or another berry. Add your favorite low-fat dressing or do what I do, use balsamic vinegar (that is actually low-fat and low calorie).
