A refreshing, light and sweet salsa with a kick A refreshing, light and sweet salsa with a kick
Number of Servings: 16


    8 Roma tomatoes
    1 Cucumber
    1 Red apple
    1 Mango
    1 Green Pepper
    1 small can Jalapenio, whole can juice included or 1/8 c. jarred jalapeno and juice
    1 small onion (white, yellow, or red)
    2 TBSP Lime Juice
    1 TBSP Sugar
    1 TBSP apple cider vinegar


Chop all ingredients into 1/4 inch cubes/pieces. Add jalapeno juice, lime juice, vinegar, and sugar. Stir well. Refridgerate until chilled.

Serve with tortilla chips or anything else you like.

This is best made 4-6 hours ahead of time so the flavors can blend. Stays fresh for several days in the fridge.
