Ingredients

    Southwest Seasoning for chicken
    (taco or faijta work well too)
    Fresh Gourmet Tortilla Strips Lightly Salted, 3 serving (remove)
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 ounces (remove)
    Beans, black, .5 cup (remove)
    Romaine Lettuce (salad), 3 cup, shredded (remove)
    Black Olives, 8 jumbo (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 10 cherry (remove)
    *Sauce, Pace Picante Sauce, 6 serving (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), .5 cup, strips
    Red Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)]
    You can add shredded cheddar to your salad ( not in nutritional calculations)
    Add Sour Cream if Desired ( sour cream not added to nutrition calculations)
    You can top with ranch dressing if you like(Ranch Dressing not in nutritional calculations,my hubby likes the dressing!)

Directions

Cook Chicken with some southwest or taco seasoning faijita seasoning work well too ! Grill or marinate with lime or lemon juice. assemble salad use for each plate 1/2 the ingridents: Lettuce (1.5 cups Shredded), tomatoes Cherry (5), 1/4 cup pepper strips, 4 black olives sliced if desired, 3 servings of pace picante sauce (mild or medium or even HOT) on the side & etc.... Cook Chicken (you can grill or pan fry if desired i like to grill ine)You can add chicken by putting the whole breast on salad slightly warm or cut into strips and arrange on salad( i like to cut mine into strips)serve adn enjoy! after serving i just pour on my picante sauce and eat I dont put dressing on my salad.
