Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 ounces diced to 1 inch pieces
    Beans, black, 15 ounce can drained and rinsed
    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 1.25 cup
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), .25 cup, chopped
    Jalapeno Peppers, .50 pepper chopped very finely
    Ground Cumin .25 tsp
    Oregano, ground, .25 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1/8 tesp.
    Garlic, 1 clove (finely chopped)

Directions

Spray non-stick skillet with non-stick spray and cook chicken over medium heat. Brown chicken, drain off any fat.

In a 1-1/2 quart slow cooker, combine chicken, drained beans, broth, onion, garlic, bell pepper, chile pepper, cumin, oregano, and black pepper.

Cover and cook on high setting for 2 to 2-1.2 hours

May top with chopped tomato, fat free shreded cheese, fat free sour cream and chopped grean onion. (any combination)
