Ingredients

3 smallish chicken breasts, grilled. (15 oz)
    1/2 lime (juice of)
3 tbs kraft reduced fat olive oil mayo.
2+ tbs fresh basil, cut in thin strips
    salt/ pepper to taste.

Directions

pull apart or course chop grilled chicken.
Squeeze 1/2 lime over top
Mix in mayo and fresh basil
season to taste with ground pepper and sea salt (doesn't need much)

* a great addition is 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans- halves (not calculated in this recipe)
*a little zest can be nice, if you're into that kind of thing. Lemon or limes both work great in this recipe.
*I have found it to be better with time for the flavors to mingle, making the night before is perfect.

Serve cold, as a dish itself- or it would probably make a nice sandwich.

makes aproximately 4 1/2 cup servings.
