Introduction

When my girlfriend (at the time) prepared this for a picnic lunch, I didn't think I'd like it because of the cranberry sauce. It's actually very good and breaks up the boredom of eating deli sandwiches. The cranberry sauce kinda gives your tastebuds a kick...just like an on-screen kiss from Clark Gable. Ingredients

    Several slices of your favorite Light Turkey Breast
    2 slices pre-cooked Bacon/preferably crispy
    2 Tbsp Light Cream Cheese
    1-2 Tbsp chilled Whole Cranberry sauce
    2 Slices Whole Grain Bread

Directions

The exact layering of the ingredients makes a big difference.

On the bottom slice of Whole Grain Bread, layer your Turkey Breast. Next, evenly spread the Cranberry sauce on the turkey. Crumble the Bacon over the Cranberry sauce. Last, spread the Cream Cheese on the 2nd slice of bread and top your sandwich.

Big on taste, this sandwich serves 2 when sliced in half. Tastes great with a side spinach vinegarette salad.
