Corn bread Corn bread

Ingredients

    1 cup wheat flour 1 cup fatfree milk
    1 cup Albers corn meal 1 lg. egg
    1/4 cup brown sugar 1/3 cup conola oil
    1 Tbl. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt

Directions

Mix flour, corn meal, baking powder and salt together. Gentley beat egg. Add milk, egg, and oil to the corn meal mixture, mix well.
Bake at 375 for 15 min.
makes 18, 2 in. x 1.5 in. squares.
