Ingredients

    Into the crockpot:
    Chicken, Breast, Frozen, Great Value, 16 oz
    Chili Beans, Chili Sauce, Hot Sauce, Bush's Best, 1.75 cup
    Black Beans, Great Value, 1.75 cup
    Kidney Beans, Light Red, Safeway, 1.75 cup
    Pinto Beans, Jalapeno Peppers, Ranch Style, 1.75 cup
    Tomatoes, Diced, No Salt Added, Great Value, 1.75 cup
    Tomatoes, Diced, Hot with Habaneros, Rotel, 1.25 cup
    Serrano Pepper, Chopped, 1 pepper
    Spinach, frozen, 1 cup

    On the stove in frying pan:
    Serrano Pepper, Chopped, 1 pepper
    Turkey, Lean White, Sausage, Italian, Honeysuckle, 16 oz
    Onions, raw, Chopped, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Garlic, Fresh, 6 cloves

    Seasonings added to frying pan:
    Dip Mix, Ranch, Hidden Valley, 8 tsp
    Paprika, 1 tsp
    Cumin, ground, 1 tsp, 1 tsp
    Onion Powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    Cayenne Pepper, 1 tsp
    Pepper, Red, 1 tsp
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp
    Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 1 tsp

Directions

Put everything labeled as "Into the crockpot:" into the crockpot with the frozen chicken going in first on the bottom. Use all liquids from the cans of beans and tomatoes (dont drain anything). I put the spinach in frozen as well.

Put everything labeled as "On the stove in frying pan" and "Seasonings added to frying pan into large frying pan on the stove on medium/low heat until turkey is browned then add to crockpot. Cook on high for at least an hour covered, I let it simmer on low for another 2 hours.
