Ingredients

1/2c Margarine, hard
1/2c *Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
1 3/4c *Splenda
0.5c Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters),(orig recipe calls for 2 lrg eggs)
0.5 tsp Cloves, ground
2c Zucchini, grated.
0.5 tsp, Baking Powder,
1Tbsp White Vinegar
1/2c Milk, 2%
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2c Semisweet chocolate
2.5c Flour, white
4 TbspCocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
0.5 tsp Baking Soda
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
Makes 32 pieces from a 9x13 pan.
Grease and lightly flour bottom of baking dish.
Combine 1st three ingredients and beat well. Add eggs vanilla and sour milk. Beat well. Combine all dry ingredients and add to 1st mixture. Pour into 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and bake at 325 degrees for 40-45 min.
