Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    1 and 1/2 C of Whole Wheat Flour
    1 and 1/2 C of Bran Flakes Cereal (crushed)
    3/4 C of honey
    1 and 1/2 C apple sauce (unsweetened)
    2 large eggs
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tbsp cinnamon
    1 tbsp nutmeg
    1 tsp vanilla
    (handful of oatmeal (uncooked) if you want more texture to muffins)

Directions

If batter seems too dry, add more applesauce and/or honey until appropriate moisture reached. (just know the calories per muffin will be higher)

Put batter into 18 muffin cups. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees F.
