Ingredients

    Ground Beef 93% Lean, 16 oz
    Diced tomatoes & Green Chillis Rotel, 10oz can
    1 box Stove Top Stuffing (I like the cornbread)
    2 egg whites
    1 cup of water

Directions

Mix ingredients in a bowl. Place even amounts in 10 greased muffin cups/muffin pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 350.
