Introduction
This is a great crock pot meal that can cook all day and you can come home to a wonderfully smelling home. This is a great crock pot meal that can cook all day and you can come home to a wonderfully smelling home.Number of Servings: 13
Ingredients

1 lb stew meat
1 tbs flour
1/8 tsp pepper
3 cups low sodium beef broth
2 (14 oz) cans Italian diced tomatoes
3 cloves garlic minced
1/2 onion chopped
Baby carrots (recipe is based on 15)
8 oz frozen cut green beans (thawed)
8 oz small shell pasta cooked
Directions
Toss meat with flour and pepper in the bottom of the crock pot.
Add remaining ingredients except the pasta and green beans.
Cook on low for 10-12 hrs.
Stir in green beans and cooked pasta and turn up to high, cover and cook 8-12 more minutes.
Nutritional information is based on 13, 1 cup servings for ease of calculations. My family usually eats 1.5 cups servings and garnishes with parmesan cheese.
