easy to make, tastes great on a mixed bed of greens! easy to make, tastes great on a mixed bed of greens!

    1 tbsp dijon mustard
    1/2 cup balsamic vinagrette
    1 tbsp sugar, white OR brown
    Olive Oil, 3 tbsp


in a blender, pour 1/2 cup balsamic, then add dijon mustard and sugar, start blending and then add 1 tbsp olive oil, blend, then add another, blend again and taste...add the 3rd tbsp if you want it to last longer or to cut back on the tang of the vinegar! drizzle lightly on salads!
